Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Spin (“Spin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Spin iOS and iPadOS application, including local wheel features and online community, live-room, chat, and related services (together, the “Service”).

Spin is a free entertainment app. Version 1.0 does not include advertising or in-app purchases. We do not invent a separate legal company name, street address, or advertising program in this policy.

Depending on how you use Spin, the Service may process:

• A device-scoped anonymous account identifier used for online features.
• Profile choices such as nickname, avatar, declared age group, and language.
• Wheels you create, save, customize, publish, or remix, including titles, options, notes, and related settings.
• Live-room information such as room details, membership, shared spins, reactions, and chat messages.
• Safety information such as reports, blocks, and records needed to review those reports.
• Technical information needed to operate the Service, such as app version, language, and connection status.

Core wheel creation, editing, and spinning can work locally. Drafts, saves, appearance or language preferences, and other local settings may remain on your device until you delete or reset them.

Resetting or deleting app data from Profile can remove local content on that device and may make an anonymous online account or its cloud content unavailable to you.

Online community and live-room features may create a device-scoped anonymous account. This is not a traditional email-and-password login. The account can be tied to your device and the profile details you choose to provide.

You are responsible for activity performed through your profile or device. Keep the device reasonably secure and tell us if you believe the profile has been compromised.

We use information only as reasonably needed to operate Spin:

• Provide local and online features, including wheels, rooms, reactions, and chat.
• Synchronize eligible wheels and room activity across the Service.
• Apply age-based protections and community rules.
• Filter or block abusive content, links, contact details, or excessive activity.
• Handle reports, blocks, support requests, and security issues.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Do not assume that public wheels, nicknames, avatars, live-room activity, or messages are private. Content you choose to make public or share in a room may be seen, copied, saved, remixed, or reported by other users.

If you join a public room or publish a wheel, other people using Spin can encounter that content through the Service.

Live-room chat is designed to be short-lived. Messages are currently intended to expire after 24 hours.

Evidence connected to a safety report, security logs, backups, and records required by law may be retained longer than ordinary chat messages.

Spin may automatically filter or block content and may review reports and related evidence. We may restrict visibility, remove content, close rooms, limit features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary.

Moderation tools are imperfect. We do not promise to review every item or prevent all objectionable content.

Online community features, public content, and live rooms are intended only for users aged 13 or older. Users under 13 may use age-appropriate local features only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

We ask for a declared age group so the Service can apply these protections. Do not misrepresent age information or help someone bypass age-based limits.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, enforce safety rules, handle reports, back up systems, and comply with law. Chat is designed to expire on a short schedule; safety and legal records may last longer.

When you delete content or reset local data, residual copies may remain in backups or safety records for a limited period.

You can edit your nickname and avatar, stop using online features, leave rooms, unpublish or delete eligible content, block other users, and reset local data from Profile.

To ask a question or request deletion help, contact atdsoftware.ltd@gmail.com. We may need enough information to locate the relevant account or report records. Some copies required for safety, security, or law cannot be removed immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.

Continuing to use the Service after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

This policy should be read together with the Spin Terms of Use. Mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live remain unaffected.
